Anyone with a DiscipleDashboard account can enter data for the entity they are authorized to maintain, but it is best to appoint one or two persons at most with the responsibility. This will help ensure consistency.
District administrators may see the relevant data for individual churches and conference administrators can see the relevant data for districts. DiscipleDashboard does require personally identifiable information, so there are no confidentiality concerns.
